All sales are final.

At Drop Vault, each piece is produced in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless your item arrives with a manufacturing defect.

If your product is damaged or defective, please email us at customerservice@thedropvault.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description so we can assist you. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return request based on our quality control review.
